Tomorrow is one of my favorite days. I’m not surrounded by a whole lot of red, white, and pink this year and I’ve not made one heart shaped sugar cookie (making dozens of cookies for two people in a house?! bad, bad, bad.), but it’s still here and I’m still so excited.
We’re celebrating our first Valentine’s Day together tomorrow. A year ago we didn’t know each other, we were both very much single, and yet I was still writing about how much I love this holiday. Mhmm, I’ve always been a fan. I would like to say it’s because I enjoy telling others how much I love them, but honestly it probably has more to do with being told that I’m loved.
I am such a selfish creature.
The husband took the entire day off from work to be with me. I am loved. A lot.
