last night i sat with four others in a small room. we hooked his iPod up to his speakers, turned on a song, and sat there listening. i don’t listen to music very much here. i miss it terribly. and i miss songs like the one we heard last night.

I, too, have been in a “retro” mood.
It seems the oldies are the best, these days.

I echo those sentiments.
And every time I hear that song now, I picture that poor fellow from “Notting Hill” plodding on through all the seasons with a broken heart. *sigh*
