well my dear people who don’t know how i sprained my back by diving, here is the entry and a few comments from then.

“for all my boastful talk of never having sprained, broken, or injured any part of me, i’ve been rewarded with a sprained back and a injured disc. so i’ve been sent home with orders to lay down for a few hours off and on throughout the day for three weeks, doing a few stretches every morning and night. and if it’s not better in three weeks then i’m off to a physical therapist.

how did it ever come to this?”

how did i sprain it?… very carefully. :)

no, i went to do a dive during the summer and according to the doctor hyper-arched my back and kind of snapped it. so now i have a disc out of place rubbing one of my main nerves so my left leg is always cramping up and it’s all such a stupid pain. i still can’t believe it.

Diving isn’t for everyone! Stick with the dog paddle this summer and you should be good to go! :-)
